Background: Squamous cell carcinoma is the most prevalent kind of tumor buccal mucosa. Results: In our study, out patients, fourth decade (30%) fifth (26%) saw highest incidence cancer. majority suffering from severe disease; 44% had T4 stage 58% Stage IV. Conclusion: plays a very important malignancy effectively detects bone erosion (98% sensitive) invasion infratemporal fossa. However, during early stages cancer, might not be helpful.
